By creating an account or using Thai Visa Pro, you agree to:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account

Thai Visa Pro provides:

• Visa Information: General guidance on Thai visa types and requirements
• Visa Finder: Tool to help identify suitable visa options
• Reminders: Notifications for 90-day reports, renewals, and deadlines
• Document Storage: Secure storage for visa-related documents
• Knowledge Hub: Articles and FAQs about Thai immigration
• Expert Services: Connection to third-party visa professionals (premium)

5.2 Information Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy:

• Immigration rules change frequently
• Requirements vary by nationality and circumstances
• Official sources should always be consulted
• We make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

7. Premium Features

7.1 Subscription

• Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• Prices as displayed in the app
• Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

7.2 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are subject to App Store and Google Play policies
• No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

7.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Concierge Services

When you book expert services:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the service provider
• Thai Visa Pro is not party to this agreement
• We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of third-party services
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Disputes should be resolved directly with the service provider

8.2 External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for:

• The content of external sites
• The privacy practices of external sites
• Any damages arising from use of external sites

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Thai Visa Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• View and download content for personal reference only

9.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THAI VISA PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Immigration application denials or delays
• Fines, penalties, or legal complications
• Reliance on information provided through the Service
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thai Visa Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any rights of a third party
• Your content or information provided

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods

14. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the Service
• Change pricing with notice to subscribers
• Update these Terms from time to time

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by:

• Posting revised Terms in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing notice for material changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.

17.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, except where prohibited by law.

17.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action.

18. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Thai Visa Pro.

18.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without restriction.

18.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
